Coach Tall Boots

Coach size 8B tall black leather boots previously and gently worn by me. I love these but ever since my gym routine these are snug on my calves. I can get them on but they take forever (or I need help) pulling them off. Looking for a good home. One thing I really need to point out to buyer to avoid any disappointment is there is a part on the toes (see pic 7,8,9) . I was holding them up in bright natural sunlight so I could show it best. Hard to see when they are on but it’s there so wanted to make sure buyer is aware and could decide. Message if you have any questions at all or need any other info.
