@vvdarkbloom Are You sure about the length of the strap. 23 in would be for a shoulder bag I think. But it looks like a crossbody bag, much longer than 23 in.

@sandybswifter I measured half the length I guess? from the curve of the strap to the body of the bag. So i guess the actual strap length is double that
