Coach purse see description

this is a coach bag but is in need of some help. my mom bought it this way and I gave her crap because of its condition. there is staining inside and out . I tried to show it all. with some tlc it may be salvageable. the straps aren't too bad just some loose threads which could be snipped. I'm not good at cleaning bags neither is my mom, so this is priced cheap due to condition. I'm sure someone can clean it up and make use.
