The material has stretch and is soft , light but with body. Maybe kind of like a light neoprene? It is not neoprene but has that soft stretchy feel. I included photos of the coat in other colours to show its fit and how it can be worn dressed up or down. The seams and edges are raw. The sleeves can be rolled up for a casual fit.
