fashionaquarian @melbeverly Its a size 14. This is a peplum style so it is fitted. 38.5 inches is the chest. Measure your chest. I would say if you are busty it will fit up to DD. When you zip up. This is coated denim so it has stretch. You need to measure yourself and check the White House Black Market website to understand their sizes.
