@christinetta Hello, the dress hits above the knee on me, but not mid thigh. I am 5’7”. I hope that helps. Periwinkle, I think is lighter then this but that colour description might be right. The material is 100%organic cotton. It has some nice stretch to it though. And yes, the dress is true to size. Hope that all helps!
