Cobalt Blue Off-the-shoulder Top

This is the most flattering top! 🌟 such a stunning blue 💙 it’s in great condition, except for one small thing on the back and the bottom (pictured), but really not noticeable. I’m sad to be parting with this piece but I have to make room 💔 It’s a Sirens top and would fit a size small for sure! Has a little stretch to it!
