Cobalt Blue Women's Trench-style Jacket, water resistant, women's size large

Classic women's double-breasted short trench coat in a vibrant shade of cobalt blue Tagged as a women's size large but please see photos for measurements. In my opinion it fits more like a medium. Please examine photos closely for condition FLAW: Note there is one button missing (visible in photos.)
