Cobalt Blue Vintage mock neck dress with pockets. No size or material tags, but feel like wool and looks like 60s era complete with inside tag that reads “International Ladies Garment Workers Union” In good vintage condition, one small hole at the hem, could be hidden with modest cropping of the hem.
