Cobalt blue blouse with cold shoulder sleeves and beaded cuffs

Gorgeous blouse. No tag for material type. The sleeves are slit showing your arms when you wear it. There are two small slits on both sides of the blouse. The cuffs have three buttons. Good condition. Shoulder to hem is 24”. Bust area is 38”. Waist area is 36”. The sleeves are 23” long.
