Cobalt blue dual server bowls in silver plated holder

Cobalt blue small bowls in a delightful silver plated holder with handle Lovely addition to a dinner gathering where you can serve sauces or relishes in these bowls. Or any other desired food items. I should add I do not really know the composition of the metal but it does not tarnish so it may actually only be stainless steel or silver tone finish. The bowls are numbered and I don’t know much more about these. This came from my in-laws estate sale. No issues
