Soft Blue Gown in Cocktail Length - soft ruching on top down to hip or even a bit lower - front and back - exciting design of accordion pleated ruffles on the dropped skirt, front and back giving fullness and fun to gown - fully lined - zipper in back - straps are optional - extra lining on bodice top has boning - pit-to-pit across the front is approx. 13" (hard to measure with the luscious ruching) - hip is approx.29" - like new
