Cocktail dress with silk sleeves

A colorful whimsical dress with floating sleeves is a show stopper. Green is the color of the year, but this is a timeless party dress. Length is till the mid of my knee-I am 5.3 height. The dress has a lining, which helps to hug a body and create a beautiful design with those floating silk scarf sleeves. Size is between 6-8. I would say it's a tight 8, but the material has some stretch in it, which makes the dress very comfortable to wear. Perfect condition
