wool blend skirt silver metallic thread throughout colourful speckles throughout, such a cute touch! embroidered seam detailing as well as bottom is embroidered with black (floral/leaf eyelash lace) scrolling pattern along the scalloped hem invisible side zipper lined with black lining such a beautiful skirt EUC the tag says it is 17/18 but i measures at 17" flat lay with no stretch so i am putting size 16 measurements waist - 17" length - 27" *measurements are approximate, measured flat and not stretched*
