Coctail Brown/Burgundy Mini Bubble Hem Dress - size 4?

I purchased this mini bubble hem dress in Milan 2006. I never had chance to wear it. However, I did remove the tag so I cannot tell exactly the type of fabric and exact size. I will guess that the dress is size Small, and the fabric to be cotton and some elastin. The dress has adjustable straps. Drop waist. Belt included Bubble Hem The bubble hem skirts and dresses are back in style for 2024 and 2025 according to fashion influencers. Length = 32 inches ( 81 cm) - it can be made slightly shorter or longer by adjusting the straps. Pit to pit = 16 inches (41 cm) The dress has some stretch. The colour is more like burgundy than brown.
