Cold Shoulder Blue Floral Midi Dress

Reposhing this dress I got from @vintagevixenmtl. So cute but never ended up going to the event I bought it for. Perfect condition. Flowy fabric falls to mid calf, very comfy and stylish. It's very dark blue floral, not black, and true to size (2xl).
