Cold shoulder dress - 2X

Soft and silky with lots of stretch and a flattering wide rouched waistband. Perfect vacation or garden party dress. a small mark where I pinned the chest the one time I wore it (its a bit of a plunging neckline but a pin worked perfectly!) Very pretty dress - worn once.
