This crossbody messenger bag features a supple brown leather shell. It has multiple interior storage pockets and can easily fit a 13 inch laptop. There are additional pockets for organizing items like keys, a wallet, cell phone,etc. One of the interior side straps is broken (see pictures) but could easily be seen back together. This does not affect the use of the bag, it is more to help keep the main compartment flap steady when it's open. Measurements are: Width: 15 inches Height: 12 inches

bountifulbazaar @gg1523 hi, the middle divider is padded and the back of the bag is also slightly padded. however, if you prefer to have additional protection on your electronics, a separate case is recommended
