This dress is in good used condition! The only sign of wear is that it is a little wrinkled. That will be up to you to iron it out! There are belt loops but I do not have a belt that goes with it. It is a navy and white striped dress with nautical anchor buttons. The sizing is size 14 UK. This translates to about a size large, but please check your measurements and the brands size conversion to North American. This is a retro style dress. It is not truly a vintage.
