Colorful Halter Dress with Belt

Selling this dress I bought from Shein, never worn and still has the tag. Definitely a true size 12. It has a side zip and ties around the neck so easily adjustable. Belt can also be removed. I’m 5’4 and it hits my mid upper thigh.
