Colourblock Vintage Vera Neumann Scarf

Vera Neumann Citrus pop ribbon scarf. A long rectangular scarf with sharp diagonal edges. This design showcases angular colourblock lines with classic 80s colours, purple, teal, coral and orange with white contrast. A super fun scarf to add to your collection, perfect for use as a waist belt, twilly, hairscarf- so many styling options! Vera Neumann is a classic American designer whose work is now shown in museums. She started designing in the 40s, and buisness boomed in the 50s onwards. The Vera designs were used for scarves, household linens, and finally into a clothing line by the 1960s. Vera continued to paint designs and was the head designer until her death in 1993. Each scarf has her signature. This one is missing the ladybug, placing it in the late 70s or 80s. Good condition with one small mark, and a few loose threads on the edges. See photos for details.
