Colourful Enamel Link Dangling Necklace

This necklace is made of a gold tone metal and has an adjustable lobster claw closure with a round maker's tag stamped with a script-like "P". I haven't been able to figure out who the maker is, but please share if you know! The necklace is quite long and the front features what I would call a double lariat pendant. The links are shaped like rounded "+" symbols and remind me of Kate Spade. The enamel fronts are colourful and include pink, white, green, yellow, light pink, and orange. The backs of the enamel links are colourless and flat. There is normal wear, but no issues affecting wearability.
