Excellent preowned condition New Horizons Colourful Vintage Midi Skirt. Colours are still super bright - No fading. Skirt has elastic in the back half of the waistband. Slight damage to the bottom Of the size tag (no damage to the skirt) so please refer to measurement: It fits like a current day medium in my opinion. It measures approx 14” across the waist unstretched.
