Colourful, whimsical dress

Fitted on the chest and flares out at the bottom. High low bottom. The tag says size large but i think itll fit medium best. Reminds me of Jenna's 13 going on 30 dress. Slight staining, barely visible (pictures above). #colourfuldress #13goingon30 #halloween
