Brand new, untouched From the Moon blush from the CP x Sailor Moon collection. The price is an attempt to get back what I paid for it: I bought it secondhand when it was described as the CAT'S EYE BLUSH and they sent me this, refused to admit the mistake, and then blocked me - so honestly, ya hate to see it. It is unswatched and absolute new condition.
