The only thing that makes them not in basically NWOT condition is that the mesh inner brief was removed. It has side pockets, a zip-close back pocket, and a small exterior pocket on the right thigh (the side and back pockets have mesh interiors). It has belt loops on the waistband but also a drawstring in it. The waist is 14" across and stretches to 18". The pants inseam marked is true length, 32" crotch seam to pant leg hem; shorts length is 19" from top of waistband, 8.5" inseam. Colour is "City Grey", a medium grey.
