Columbia Rain Jacket

lightweight rain jacket, some minor wear and very subtle marks on the cuffs of the jacket (shown in pictures) not noticeable while wearing. otherwise great condition, velcro adjustable sleeves, adjustable hem, 3 pockets with zippers I can't remember if this jacket is water resistant or waterproof, it's been in my closet for awhile. Regardless last time I wore it it kept me dry!
