barnswallow30 @dstnstoney Just over 19" (approximately). I added a couple of more photos. I do find that the lining makes for a cozy fit. I have another Columbia jacket size small that I can layer sweaters underneath, but this one fits better if I'm just throwing it over a T-shirt
