Columbia Titanium Omni-Tech Ski Pants Youth 14/16

Columbia titanium omni-tech youth winter ski pants. Youth size 14/16 made of nylon. Columbia omni-tech is made waterproof and flexible while keeping the elements out. Overall, they're in great shape. At the bottom of the 1 leg, there is a piece of fabric coming off. It doesn't seem to affect use. There is no hole, and it's not noticeable when wearing. I included a close-up photo.
