Hi is there a cord on the waist you can pull tight to block out wind? Is the hood removable or can you tuck under the collar? Thank you

@rscott171 Hi, the hood is removable. There is a cord at the bottom of the jacket, and you can tight it. There is also also an extra piece with elastic and buttons, and you can close it. I added two more pictures. Please see the pictures.
