Columbia jacket

Shell with fleece jacket that can be worn together or separately. Great for everyday wet and cold days, or skiing. Can't tell exact rating but with the two layers you can do comfortably to - 15 at least. If you swap out the fleece layer and put something else under the shell, that would be better. I skiied in various mountains in BC, Colorado, and WA, and didn't find this jacket ever being cold with just the fleece, but I do also wear a thin t-shirt liner.
