dmvarner03 @kirpis no , the back is , fine . It looks like there was a tie that went around the bottom of the jacket ? Looking at the two holes in the front . Can a tie be put through and go around the jacket to pull it tight when wearing ?

kirpis @dmvarner03 Yes, those holes were for a rubber band or lace. it was stitched in the middle of back, so it is not replacable easily., but not impossible either.
