Comme Toi Black Tulle Dress Size S

This dress is by the brand Comme Toi in a size S. The skirt features a double layer of tulle and it sits around knee length. The straps are adjustable and the waist measures 13.5 inches flat - but this dress has lots of stretch! There is some very minor fraying from wear at the bottom of the tulle but it’s only visible upon close inspection. This would be great for any season or layered and worn as a skirt!
