This is a vintage Express skirt. If I had to guess, I would say it's from 1993 because that's when the perfect storm of "maxi skirt" and "button skirt" and "tiny floral print" imploded and everywhere you went was a floral garden or a velvet underground. Trust me - I was there. In any case, this skirt has made it through the last several decades relatively unscathed. It's in excellent used condition - I can't find anything wrong with it, but it is vintage, and it's probably got a whole life full of stories within it. It would look great with granny boots and a white blouse, or with birkenstocks and a crop tank. It's versatile and fun. It is tagged as small but fits more like extra small.
