There is also a mute button and an off button. I tested him (or her, whatever you decide) to make sure he works and the more I talked to him the more things he did in response. He's pretty cute. The box is a little crinkled on one side but it does not affect the product inside. I had to open the box to photograph and test the pup but other than that it is brand new in the box (NWT).
