sugarbaker123 @lisadavies710 Thanks for your inquiry and for bringing this to my attention!! The bust measurement is actually 18 1/2” (measurement taken with the garment lying flat). I just measured it again. It must have been a typo. Yikes! I’ve corrected the listing. So sorry about that. Let me know if you have any other questions.
