sugarbaker123 I can confirm that my lay flat measurements are accurate. I use Comrags lay flat measurement guidelines in my listings. This and all of my measurements are taken at the widest part of the bust, waist & hip. If you’re using these measurements to compare to a garment in your own wardrobe—remember to keep the fabric composition in mind. There is no stretch in this fabric. Fit is personal however, I would not recommend wearing them tight.
