Comrags black dress

Black Comrags dress with pretty detail at the neck and shoulders. 3/4 length sleeves have ruching detail. Size small but fits like a medium. Invisible zipper, slight a- line skirt with a small slit in the back. 40” from shoulder to hem. Excellent condition.
