Conair Vibrating Foot Spa

Excellent condition. Vibrating/massaging. The heat setting, however, does not work; only the vibration setting does. None of the Conair foot spas have heating. Not sure why it states heat but it has not worked from day one just like all the other Conair foot spas. This is great for soaking feet in Epsom Salts for a relaxing evening and to help with sleep. Can also put in crystals or essential oils etc. Feel free to bundle to save 10% or make me a reasonable offer.
