Connected apparel layered cocktail dress

This dress is brand new. I never got to wear it. Colour is a navy blue. Dress is very figure flattering. Nice little beading around the neckline for a bit of added glam. Pit to pit = 19” Waist = 16” Length is 37 1/2” There is a small amount of stretch on this dress but not a lot.
