kittie I have been pounding my fitness goals this week! I jogged another 4 miles with the sunrise today. I can tell the mornings are getting a bit cooler. I’m very grateful to be on this vacation. Thank you, Jesus. ✝️👩🏽

kittie I’m about to finish building another flower bed. This will be a small and sweet one. It was built with love and much respect in mind. I hope to grow even more white double tulips next spring. I just need to chisel down the last remaining stone brick so it can fit. 🌸🍃

kittie This whole past month, I have drank coffee. I’ve decided to go ahead and quit drinking my coffees though, because it does stain tooth enamel. We can’t accept those stains.🤓 It was a fun phase, but I’ll stay a non-coffee drinker.

kittie The year’s jogs are getting fewer and fewer. I was able to do a 4-mile Veterans Day Run today (which was such fun), but the weather is about to turn too cold for me to enjoyably run outside. I think I’ll start doing workouts indoors throughout this winter. (Always stay mentally focused on the positive aspects in your life.)
