I purchased some properties in a very small town, one being a empty lot and found out as long as the building didn't have any wheels underneath, it was within city code. The biggest issue owning a tiny home will be where you can put. We love it and it was the start of our journey being debt and being able to semi retire. Happy to answer any questions 🥰

Most of my sourcing is done locally, thrift stores and garage sales. Every now and then T.J Maxx. I live in a very small town with Abilene being the closest. I store my inventory prepackaged in polymailers. I use a really simple system, totes # 1- 15 & a binder w/ tabs numbered also. Every time I list & package I write what bin it goes into. I wish you much success and many sales!!

@doggonitho OH and my 1# advice is keep up with fashion trends. What was super popular 6 mos ago might be really saturated now and not worth picking up. Never compare yourself to another reseller. Some one's closet may have tons of sales and lots of high-end items but we don't know what their cost are. And lastly have fun!!

@doggonitho for sure, I took my profits from my own closet and then source with that. Check your local Post Office and ask for their Priority Tyvek Envelopes. You can use those for free!

hello there from Florida 🦩🐢🐎🌴🌻 Your last name is Reddick crazy I lived in a small rural town outside of Ocala because I had many horses called Reddick lol. My horse farm of 3 acres for 17 yrs just sold last year. I 💕 tiny homes but have way too much stuff to live in one also like the metal storage containers set up as homes too.
My kids would call it Red Dick lol.
