I bought these on a trip there and wore them only twice. They are labeled on the inside of the shoe 5.5 US (men's sizing) and 24.5 Japan sizing. But, I am a consistent size 8 and they fit nicely. I would say if you are a 7 to small 8 ladies they will be perfect!
