Convertable strap dress

I purchased this dress when I was in Mexico. The top of the dress is elastic. You can wear it strapless or you can untie the bow in the front and wear it as a halter style dress. It was sold as a one size fits all. There is no tag to show the size or designer. However, I would say if your a size 12-14 it would fit you well.
