wayne88ca Very speciial book, that will teach more than you would learn from todays school. This information can even be applied to those pursuing all things culinary. This knowledge sadly should still be taught today in school but sadly, one can graduate school without knowing how to not just manage a house but how to clean, make your own products, recipes. With the knowledge in this book one will become an artist, a creator instead of just cooking to get by
