This blouse is in excellent preloved condition and is made in the USA! The front with the black and white cityscape is a silky fabric and the rest of the garment is more of a light knit. Front is a bit shorter than the back. See measurements. Measurements: underarm to underarm: 23.5” Length from shoulder to front hem: 27” Length from shoulder to back hem: 31.5”
