I purchased this myself. It has been tested and works. On the main screen, there is an option for English or Chinese, which is how the coobaby's came when you started the game came. It uses NES style controllers It comes with pre installed games, usually around 500 - 600, according to instructions when first purchasrd. No longer have instructions.
