Coolest 80s Elastic Belt

Like new navy blue elastic belt with snap closures. I am not sure if the front panel detail is leather or not but that part doesn't stretch. So it doesn't look like it's just sitting on your hips, you should use the stretch to hug your waist. Rigid front panel length top: 24cm. Rigid front panel length bottom: 25cm Elastic band only: 56cm Total circumference in relaxed state from top: 80cm Je parle français :)
