You should be able to paint over it or add some clay to rebuild it. Flaw is shown in photos. Some minor scuffs and paint chips. The green "lava" is separated in areas due to age and not having a base. No base/lamp is included. This is only the top glass decor piece. . Super unique, rare HTF.
