Corset-like Top 🖤

This shirt is brand new I tried it on and it doesn’t fit me at all (doesn’t fit over my arms) It is not stretchy material The shirt is really cute and I hope it can find a home It says that it is a size M but I would say it’s a size S or XS I’m excellent condition
